J. Kathleen White

J. Kathleen White has taught art, writing, and cartooning residencies over the past 15 years through: Artists-in-the-Schools, Poets on the Prairie, Very Special Arts, Yellowstone Park, Artist’s Space, and Teachers & Writers Collaborative. Through T & W she has taught writing in every borough of New York City and acquired much experience with special education students. In 2006, she was poet-in-residence for Grover Cleveland High School Poetry Club and taught cartooning at the Forward School of Creative Writing in the Bronx.
