Emily RaboteauEmily is the author of The Professor’s Daughter, a novel. Her short fiction and essays have been widely published and anthologized in such places as Best American Short Stories, Best African American Fiction, Oxford American, Tin House, the Guardian, and the Chicago Tribune. She is the recipient of fellowships from MacDowell, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. She recently sold a book of creative nonfiction called Searching for Zion to Grove/Atlantic and she teaches creative writing full time at the City College of New York. |
